What is this?
EACGC plot holder, Mark Mitchell will present a workshop on nature therapy including horticulture therapy. Mark is a licensed marriage and Family therapist, coach, and seminar leader. Much of his focus is in the spiritual and mental renewal when connecting with nature.
In this workshop we will learn:
1) Tips for de-stressing with the garden
2) How to find " awe"
3) Find a deeper understanding of nature.
